  • 1 cup cauliflower florets / gobi
  • 1/2 cup soya chunks
  • 2 onions - finely chopped
  • 1 or 2 tsp pepper powder - according to your need
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 3 dry red chilies
  • salt to taste
