  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 200 ml Condensed milk
  • 200 gms Butter
  • 1.5 tsp Yellow food color
  • 1. To make the praline
  • 3. Once the butter melts and blends well, add the broken cashews and mix well and remove from flame.
  • 5. Once it sets, remove from the plate and break it into smaller pieces
  • 7. To make the ice cream
  • 8. Add the thick fresh cream and whip for 2 more minutes. Add the condensed milk and whip again for 2 minutes
  • 9. Add 2 drops of food color and whip until it blends well.
  • 10. Add the chopped praline. Keep some for garnishing. Mix the praline well using a spatula.
  • 12. And then enjoy
  • 6. You can add some butterscotch nuts as well
