Ingredients

  • 2 cup shredded cabbage (patha gobhi)
  • 3/4 cup gram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 2 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon shredded ginger
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon finally chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1. Mix together all the kofta (dumpling) ingredients.
