Ingredients

  • 21/2 to 3 cups of finely shred dded cabbage.
  • 1/2 cup moong dal
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp split udad dal for tempering.
  • 1/2 cup finely grated fresh coconut
  • 1 tsp udad dal

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp oil
