Sprinkle some chat masala if you have handy with some grated paneer/cabbage as seen in picture. Seal the edges nicely, sprinkle a little dry flour on top, then roll out the paratha as thinly and as roundly as you can, being careful not to break it
So paneer came to the rescue and I disguised the cabbage in the paratha. Cabbage is a strict no for the kids older one these days and the little one is imitating her big sister
I am not a great fan of Cabbage but as it's very healthy vegetable, I try to incorporate it into my diet in any way that hides the fact that it's Cabbage
Coming to today's recipe I am going to share cabbageparatha or cabbage stuffed paratha. While making the stuffing I blanched the cabbage, this helps to cook the cabbage well
This Cabbageparatha is one of the dishes i usually cook on weekend, it takes very less time(no need to spend lot of time in the kitchen for weekend) and it doesnt need any side dish
