  • 2 teaspoon Urad dal
  • A pinch of Asefetida
  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur powder
  • Salt to taste
