Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cup warm water and extract the juice)
  • 1 teaspoon thick tamarind paste
  • 3/4 cup toor dal
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons sambar powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon hot ghee or oil ( optional)
  • 3. Add the tomatoes, bell pepper , salt, turmeric powder and mix well. .
