After making this, I am eager to try out egglesscaramel bread pudding too. Add sugar, butter, custard powder, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and mix well without lumps
Here while making caramel I slightly burnt ut and hence the dark color. In a blender add bread slice, eggs, milk, sugar, essence and blend it well till everything is mix up well
Remove, cool and refrigerate for a few hours before serving, keep the chilled container in a plate with some lukewarm water to loosen the caramel, slip a knife around the edges to release the custard from the edges, invert on a plate and serve
Loosen the caramelcustardpudding,Place a serving dish upside down on top of the dish and invert. This Creamy rich caramelcustard is very simple to make and delicious too
