Ingredients

  • 180 gms cauliflower florets
  • 200 gms paneer/ Indian cottage cheese
  • 80 gm garden peas
  • 100 gms or 3/4th of a medium onion, chopped
  • 5 gms ginger, finely minced
  • 14 gms or 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 7 gms or 4 no.s green chilli, slit vertically
  • 112 gms or 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 3/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • salt, to taste
