Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder – 6 – 7 teaspoons Coriander powder – 4 teaspoons Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon Salt – to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Water – as required
  • 6 tablespoons Butter – 1 tablespoon Lemon juice – of half lemon
  • 2. After the onions and peanuts have cooled, take them to a blender and blend them to smooth paste.
  • 5. Add in salt, sugar, chilli and coriander powder and turmeric. Mix well and let the mixture cook till oil separates.
  • 6. Now add tomato purée and cook till the raw smell of tomato vanishes.
