  • 170 g Full fat milk powder
  • 115 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Water
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 200 g Good quality dark chocolate
  • 1. In a non stick wok
  • 5. To melt the chocolate please temper, you can use microwave or Bain
