Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of water for
  • 4 hours Wash and soak rice and sago together in

  • 3. Then drain water from rice sago into another bowl
  • 1 cup initially to the grinder and then
  • 1/2 cup every
  • 10 minutes Grind for
  • 30 minutes The batter should look smooth but at the same time should have a coarse texture
  • 4. Now add ground urud dal to it, salt and grind it again for another
  • 8 hours for
