Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pottu Kadalai
  • 1/2 cup Green Chillies
  • 1 inch piece
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Broken urad dal
  • 1 tsp A sprig of Curry Leaves
  • 1. You can grind this with little water if you want a thuvayal consistency
  • 3. You can also add some coriander leaves along with the other ingredients
