Adding lemon and turmeric helps to get rid of the raw smell of the chicken
pods, ginger, pepper, cumin and 4 small onions in a mortar and pestle or grind them together in a mixer. Add masala powder, salt and turmeric. Toss in mint leaves. (2 to 3 whistles) It will take about 10 to 12 minutes
