Ingredients

  • 1 kg Onions – 2 nos Tomato – 1 no Chili powder – 1 ½ tsp
  • 1 no Cloves – 3 nos Salt to taste
  • 4 cloves
  • ¼ tsp of turmeric powder,
  • 1 tsp of chili powder,
  • ½ tsp of coriander powder and salt for
  • 20 mins Peel and finely chop the shallots
