Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 250 gm button mushrooms ( washed and chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green chilli
  • 7. Add all the ingredients given under
  • 10. Cook over low flame for 5
