Ingredients

  • 2-3 days when refrigerated
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • pinch of salt
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon sooji
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5-6 strands of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon warm milk
  • 1. In a bowl, add the wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • 7. Add the sooji to the milk and keep cooking in low flame .
