Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 15 minutes Unlike flaxseeds, which are also high in omega
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Cup chopped bananas, Apples and some nuts
