Being a total chicken fan, i always hunt for ways to cook it differently. This time i searched for south Indian recipe and since i always ordered the Andhra chicken curry whichever restaurant we went in Hyderabad , as i liked it a lot, so i decided to prepare in on my own this time
In a large vessel add chicken with all the marination ingredients - Curd, Red chilli powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Ginger-garlic paste, Oil, Coriander-mint-chilli paste and garam masala powder
Chicken [Boneless]. and cut the chicken to bite size pieces. Add the chicken pieces. oil in a kadai and fry the marinated chicken in small batches and transfer it
Fry the marinated chicken drumsticks until golden brown. Chicken – 500 gmsPlain Yogurt – 1/4 cupGinger – 1 tblspGarlic – 1 tblsp,Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tspRed Chilli Powder – 1/2 tspSalt – 1 tspOil – 3 to 4 tblspBlack Peppercorns – 4 tblsp, crushedJuice of 1/2 LemonGaram Masala Powder – 1 tspCoriander Leaves – handful, chopped. Add the chicken and allow it to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked
Remove from heat and add chicken. Delicious chicken manchurian is ready. Chicken - 250 gms, boneless and diced. Chicken Stock - 1 cup. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp oil, beaten egg and 1 tbsp cornflour and keep aside for half an hourDeep fry and drain

Oil or cooking spray - for coating the chicken. Wash & clean chicken & cut into desired size. In a mixing bowl, Add all Marinating ingredients to the chicken pieces & mix well
