Ingredients

  • 500 gm Potato - 2 Large (halved - fried and partially cooked)
  • 4 tbsp Onion - 2 large (sliced)
  • 1 oz Yogurt
  • 50 gm Water
  • 10 cups Ghee
  • 1/2 of the biryani masala,
  • 1/4 of the keura water and yogurt for about
  • 1/2 an hour
  • 1 st a layer of chicken, then rice
