Ingredients

  • Pita Bread - as needed
  • 1 Boneless Chicken Thighs - 6
  • 1 Pepper to taste
  • 1 Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
  • 1 Cumin Powder - 1 tblsp
  • 1 Coriander Powder - 1 tblsp
  • 1 Garlic Sauce - ½ cup + ½ cup
  • 1 Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 2 tblsp + 1 tblsp
  • 1 Lettuce - 2 cups shredded
  • 1 Carrot - 1 grated
  • 1 Onion - 1 sliced thinly
  • 1 Sugar - 1 tsp
  • 1 Salt to tasteTake chicken in a bowl, add salt, pepper, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice or vinegar, garlic sauce in a bowl and mix well. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  • 1 Preheat oven to 250 degree C to grill mode. Grease a baking tray with oil.
  • 1 Arrange chicken in the tray and grill the chicken for 30 to 40 mins.
  • 1 Remove the chicken halfway, spoon the juice over the chicken and continue baking.
  • 1 Remove it and cut it into small pieces.
  • 1 Take lettuce, onion, carrot in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, vinegar and mix well.
  • 1 Add in chicken, garlic sauce and toss well.
  • 1 Spoon this over pita bread and roll it out.
  • 1 Serve.
