Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of big chicken leg or 1 breast piece (Chopped in small or medium size)
  • 2 medium size onion slicely chopped
  • 2 medium size tomatoes roughly chopped
  • Pound 6-8 cloves of garlic and 1 inch ginger
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp each of fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds soaked for 2-3 mins 3 green chilly slit without cutting into two
  • 2 sprig of curry leaves
  • 2 tsp each of coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as per required
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
