1. Marinate the chicken with above marination ingredients.
I usually keep the marination in the freezer as it allows the chicken to absorb the masala well
2.Now dry roast the grinding ingredients separately. Mixie them into a coarse powder.
3. Heat oil in a kadai and add in the grounded powder and saute it untill itz aroma gets released. Now add in the onion and saute well for about 3 min ie the onion will hav slight burnt smell.. At this stage add in the tomato and gg paste. Now add the chicken and add in the the spices and mix it well.. Adjust the taste accordingly. Cover it for 5min. Pour in the water and cook untill the chicken is soft. Evaporate extra water to bring it to a semi gravy consistency. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with steamed rice, chapathi, idli, dosa n so on.. Enjoy!!
