  • 225 Grams / 8 oz Dried Egg Noodles
  • 3 Tablespoon Sesame seed oil
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic crushed and chopped finely
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 Spring Onion Greens , Cut lengthwise into shreds
  • 1 Tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Salt to taste
