Here I have used cottage cheese/paneer to make chillipaneer. Firstly, in a bowl, add maida/all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, water, mix well and make a slightly thick batter without any lumps

This preparation is protein rich, quick to make and cook, it’s a finger food which is gluten free and most importantly, it’s made of cottage cheese/paneer
In small bowl, add corn flour, maida/all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste with little water. Heat oil in pan, add green chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste, cook until it becomes translucent
In a large bowl add maida, corn flour, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt
In a wok/pan, add oil and heat it. I have made exactly the street food version of the recipe which is more than delcious and something that can be made at home
Now take the roasting spices, except dry red chillies. Heat oil in a pan, add in chillies and fry them, remove them to a plate and cool it, then break it into small pieces
Now in the same order cook Chilly Paneer by adding ginger, green chillies and the remaining spices. Now pour the remaining oil in the pan, after it heats put ginger and green chillies for frying
If you want to make in Chinese style, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce and pepper powder. Enjoy this crispy, yummy snack/starterrecipe at home with tea/coffee/Juice
