It has a texture of drychilli chicken which I have showed in the video however, if we want tomake gravy kind of chilli chicken, follow the same procedure but increase the quantity of corn starch, soya sauce and add some more water which gives a little gravy to the chilli chicken

If you want tomakedry version of chili paneer skip the addition of water and cornflour paste. If you are making it dry, can have it as a starter or as a side dish with your meal
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, chaat masala, amchoor powder, black pepper powder, kasoori methi, lemon juice and salt
Add paneer and mix altogether, cook until the spices blend into the paneer. salt to taste. Heat oil in pan, add green chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste, cook until it becomes translucent
