Ingredients

  • 250 gm Cottage cheese/ Paneer cut in cubes
  • 2 capsicum , cut in cubes
  • 1 Onion , cut in cubes and layers separated
  • 1 onion , thinly chopped
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 " Ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • Few coriander leaves , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper corn , crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  •  
  • For batter
  • 1/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper corn powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup water or as required
  • Oil for frying
