  • 12 nos Spring roll sheets
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (julienned carrot,shredded cabbage, sliced babycorn)
  • sliced
  • 1 no Green bellpepper
  • Soya sauce (as per need)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup Smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 nos Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Lime juice
  • A pinch of chilly flakes
  • Take the peanut butter,water,rice vinegar,soya sauce, garlic cloves together in a microwave safe bowl, heat it in medium power for a minute.
  • Stir and keep again for a minute, take the bowl from the microwave oven, finally add the lime juice and chilly flakes.
  • Give a stir and serve with rolls.
