Ingredients

  • Ingredients: {Makes 5 Sandwiches}
  • 10 Brown Bread slices
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cheese slice (Can be increased to two or optional)
  • Butter/Ghee/Oil as required to pan fry the bread

  • 8- 10 sprigs of Coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 8-10 Mint leaves/ Pudina
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 small sized Onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger piece
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated Coconut
  • 1 Tbsp Jaggery/ Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice {raw mango or tamarind can also be added instead while grinding}
