  • tbsp gingerly oil
  • tsp mixed spices ( mustard seeds, fenugreek,
  • dried chili cut small
  • onion sliced
  • cloves garlic sliced
  • inch ginger sliced
  • green chilies sliced
  • stalk curry leaves
  • tbsp chilly powder
  • tbsp coriander powder
  • tbsp fish curry powder
  • tsp turmeric powder
  • tomato cut
  • -2 tbs tamarind paste ( more or less )
  • ml coconut milk
