Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Channa Dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dhania
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon Channa Dal
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1. In a pan, add oil and fry all the ingredients given under
  • 2. In the same pan add little coconut oil and fry the Curry leaves in low flame till they turn glossy, transfer it to a plate
  • 4. In the same pan add the remaining coconut oil, temper using the ingredients given under
  • 7. Add the cooked rice to this mixture, mix well . Add the fried curry leaves ,mix and serve hot.
