  • salt required(1 tsp).
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds/kadugu.
  • 1/4 tsp urad dal/ulutham paruppu.
  • 1 red chili/vara milagai.
  • 1/4 tsp jeera/jeeragam.
  • few curry leaves
