  • Bell peppers red and green

  • Onion, red finely chopped

  • ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp
  • Green chilies finely chopped; Adjust as per desired heat
  • 1/4 cup
  • coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
  • Red chili Powder
  • 1 tsp
  • Garam masala
  • 1 tsp
  • Amchoor (dried mango), powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • Cuminseed powder
  • 1-2 tbsp
  • Chana Dal roasted, powdered
  • 3/4 cup
  • breadcrumbs Add as required, for binding
  • 3/4 tsp
  • Salt or to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp
  • vegetable oil
