Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shallots, chopped
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp Peppercorns - few
  • 2 nos Cardamom
  • 1 no Cinnamon
  • 1/2 inch piece
  • 2 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Shallots, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dry red chillies
  • 2 nos Curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes
