Ingredients

  • 2 c s de l
  • 500 g de grosses crevettes (celles de Madagascar sont excellentes
  • 3 cm de gingembre frais, râpé
  • 1 cm de curcuma frais, râpé (ou 1 c c de poudre)
  • 1 c c de graines de cumin
  • 1 c c de graines de moutarde
  • 1 c s de feuille de coriandre, ciselées
  • 1 c c de feuilles de menthe, ciselées
  • 42 tbsp oil
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 500 g big shrimp (those from Madagascar are very tasty)
  • 2 big potatoes
  • 2 big onions
  • 3 cm grated ginger
  • 1 grated garlic
  • 1 cm grated fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp pd)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped
  • mint leaves
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • Lemon juice
