Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 cup Turmeric: 1/4th teaspoon
  • to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil: 1 teaspoon Water for making a stiff dough
  • Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Red Chillies
  • Garlic chopped: 3
  • 1 small Directions
  • 3 parts of the dough and Roll each part in big circle with
  • 3 mm width
