Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium sized potatoes, boiled or tendered in microwave
  • 1 cup fresh yogurt (I would recommend using full fat yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2-3 dried red
  • 1 tsp salt
  • or to taste
