Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin cut into medium size cubes
  • 1/2 small brinjal cut medium size cubes
  • 1/2 cup raddish cut into medium size cubes
  • 1/2 cup bhindi fried and kept separately
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp besan (chickpea flour)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp panch photan
  • 1 dry red chili
  • 1 green red chili
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic crushed
  • 5 minutes in hot boiling water
