Ingredients

  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 2-3 Red dry Chili
  • 1 cup Whole Urad
  • 1/4 cup Red Kidney Beans ( RAJMA)
  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 3-4 Tomatoes, blanch and make puree
  • 1 tsp Chili Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chili, finely chopped
  • 3 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Low Fat Cream ( I used Amul)
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
  • 2/3 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/6 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Hing
  • 1/2 Cumin Coriander Powder
  • Salt
