Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Water ratio 1 : 2 &1/2
  • chopped
  • 1 medium size
  • 1 big Green chilly
  • Coriander leaves chopped few
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon
  • 1/3 cup Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp Curry leaves 8
  • 1 tsp Bengal gram / chana dal 1 tsp Bay leaf / tej patta 1 (optional)
  • 15 min Cooking time
  • 20 min Serves
  • 2 min add mustard seeds , cumin seeds , when they splutter add curry leaves hing saute it , next add chana dal ,urad dal , bay leaf and saute it for 2
  • 3 min next add ginger
  • 2-3 min on medium flame .
  • 3-4 min on medium flame .
