For this one I had added Jaggery instead of sugar and didn't use any Ghee. I love Kheer. esp for breakfast it is quick and easily can make it as healthy as you want

I love to make Kheer. -). Jackfruit - 12-15 Pieces (adjust based on size of the Jackfruit). Coconut bits - 2 tablespoon (I didn't add. thick coconut milk - 3/4 cup. Jaggery - 1/2 cup minus 1 tablespoon. Ghee - 1 tablespoon. Cashewnuts - 1 tablespoon. Fry it in 1/2 teaspoon of Ghee/ Oil. 1 tablespoon Ghee
