I have made the pepper muttonmasala in a regular style but usually red chilli powder is added into the curry and here I have chosen to add green chillies and black pepper to bring the spicy flavor out of the mutton gravy
Wait for it to leave by itself as the mutton will get cooked by that time. Mutton-1/2 kg or 500 gms. Garam masala-1/4 tbsp. Marinate mutton (lamb) with curd,ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp, Garam masala powder-1/4 tbsp,coriander pwd,turmeric pwd,red chilli pwd,jeera pwd (cumin pwd) and salt for half an hour. Now add marinated mutton cook on a medium flame for 5 Min's. Now add Fennel seeds smooth paste,coriander leaves and garam masala and cook for another 5 Min's. 1/4 tbsp Garam masala-1/4 tbsp
