Black pepper has various health benefits, so apart from sprinkling ground black pepper on salads and eggs, I try to use them in almost every dish which needs a spicy taste
-). So I thought of trying out with soya chunks. Soya chunks are rich in protein and fiber. But it is definitely tasty one even if you are not comfortable with Soya chunks due to the smell this recipe might work well for you
- I haven't pre cooked soya chunks in this dish. This Manipuri recipe is a replica of dish "Sana Thongba", In which I replaced paneer with soya chunks & rest remained the same
But this is one sambar dish which is relished by my kids. Ingredients-. I try to incorporate lots of vegetables and other healthy ingredients like soya, paneer ,tofu , pulses in our daily meals
This kurma can be a good side dish for the fried rice also. Initially I was planning for Soya Chunks kurma for roti but when I searched my pantry for the soya chunks couldn't find it
Here is a simple dish that I created this evening, for my daughter who likes to buy and eat Bell Peppers for their color but does not like the taste too much
