Once hot, make the flame very low and then Pour this prepared airy batter to the pan. But if you do not have this while preparing for a cake recipe, don't feel desperate
Heat dosa pan and pour a ladleful of batter. So i just used those spices for grinding this batter. Now slit the bottle gourd into two pieces and remove the central soft,spongy part
If oil is too hot then the jalebi's will splatter away while dropping the batter in the oil and if oil is cool then the jalebi's will not float to top and absorbs lot of oil
Now to prepare the jalebibatter take the flours in a bowl mix in curd, water little by little with out any lumps make a batter which is not too thick nor thin

Ensure there are no lumps in the batter. When the tawa becomes hot, pour a ladle of wheat dosabatter to the tawa and spread the dosa to a medium circle by spreading the batter evenly
