Ingredients

  • 12 hours Cooking time
  • 250 ml Cup
  • 1/2 cup raw rice ( I used sona masoori)
  • 2 cups par boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup husked black gram
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3. Spoon oil around the sides of the dosa and drizzle over the dosai also
  • 1. The tawa should not be too hot or cold
  • 2. You can check the heat by sprinkling water on the tawa
