In a vessel or kadai, add the oil and when it us hot, add the mustard seeds, and Urud dal, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, star amuse and curry leaves

I wanted to make a variety of prawn recipes for my blog and for my lovable viewers. I am a fan of fried rice and i have quite a few of them in my blog too
