Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Tamarind /imli/chinch : Lemon sized ball
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder : 2 tsp Sambar Powder : 3 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Whole Red Chillies
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 2 minutes till onions are transparent,now add chopped tomatoes,add the drumsticks and saute for
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-5 minutes or until drumstick gets almost cooked
  • 7. take care not to burn tadka
  • 9. Serve with Idli or Dosa or with rice and Enjoy
