  • Drumsticks - 4
  • Musterd Seeds - 1/2 bowl
  • Kadhi Metthi - 1/2 bowl
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - As per taste
  • Garlic - 6 pods
  • Tomato - 1 big Size
  • Lemon juice - 1tsp
  • Termeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 3 - 4 tsp
  • Water - 1/2 litres


    Take drumsticks and cut into 2 inches pieces
    Take mixer grinder jar and put musterd Seeds, red Chilli powder , coriander powder in this and grind it with the help of little water.Make a fine paste if it.
    cut tomato into pieces and grind it.
    Take a pan. put oil in this and heat it.
    put 10 - 12 seeds into oil and let it be cracked
    Put musterd Seeds,corinder powder red Chilli powder paste and tomato paste
    put termeric powder and salt in it.
    Roast it untill it turns browns.It take 10 to 12 minutes to turn into brown.
    Now take another pan, put one tsp oil in it
    Heat oil and put kasuri Metthi and roast it for 1 minute.
    put this roasted kasuri Metthi into roasted musterd paste.
    Now add drumsticks pieces into it and fry it for 5 minutes
    put water in it and cover it with lid to cook the drumsticks.
    when drumsticks cook and greavy become little thik put lemon juice into this
    cook for other 5 minutes.
    take it out in a serving bowl and serve it with hot chapati.
