  • 500 Grams of Baby potatoes
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Red chillies
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 3 Cloves 1 Tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 300 ml Curd / Yogurt + 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil / Ghee
