Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sliced onions
  • 1 cup Ginger
  • 3-4 Pepper corns
  • ¼ cup Cashews
  • ¼ cup Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Thick plain curd or yogurt
  • ¼ cup Small size boiled potatoes
  • 10-12 Red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • leaves
  • 1 tbsp Fine chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Oil, salt and water
  • ¼ cup of oil
  • 4-5 minutes Now add
  • ½ cup of water and cook dum aloo for
  • 7-8 minutes Dum aloo is ready to serve
